Hi, I’m Kim.
When I was 12, I was entertaining the neighborhood with my storytelling. I created comic books, plays, radio shows, and a horror flick called “Red Snow at the Chateau,” starring my 8-year-old sister, Marian, as a ski pole-wielding killer.
Later, I used email subject lines to entice one of my favorite sci-fi screenwriters to consistently open my fan mail.* I didn’t know it at the time, but it was my earliest foray into email marketing.
In my first creative gig, I received an “Above and Beyond” award for my youth smoking cessation campaign, and in my first role as an online marketing copywriter, I rewrote a floundering sales email to increase conversion by 400%.
I’ve always been cause-focused, and in the past decade I’ve moved more intentionally toward supporting organizations that uplift people, animals, and the environment.
Today, clients in the nonprofit and healthcare space trust me for corporate and social impact communications, strategic marketing copywriting, communication and stakeholder engagement, and fundraising copywriting.
